About Ruism.org
Ruism.org is a digital library of the Ruist (Confucian) tradition: a digital-humanities project that gathers its masters, scholars, works, schools, and concepts into a single connected reference.
On why this project says "Ruism" rather than "Confucianism," see Rectifying a Name.
Data Model
Five interconnected entities: Masters (with master-disciple relationships), Scholars (authors, translators, and modern academics), Works (with commentaries and translations), Schools (philosophical currents), and Concepts (key notions). Each entity links to the others, allowing navigation from any entry point.
